Dr. Jocelyn Wallace, PT, DPT, CF-L1
Jocelyn graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and holds her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of South Florida. Jocelyn has worked with people from all walks of life to help them heal from pain, get stronger, and continue their pursuit of health and fitness. She has had immense success with blending the sciences of rehabilitative medicine and strength and conditioning, and she applies these core principles with every client she works with.

Jocelyn works primarily with fitness athletes including Crossfit, powerlifters, and olympic weightlifters, runners/triathletes, and rock climbers. She has also worked with collegiate, professional, and olympic level athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, MiLB Umpire School, and UFC. Jocelyn specializes in sports, orthopedic, and pelvic floor rehabilitation and treats problems such as back pain, mobility issues, shoulder and knee pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and much more.
Jocelyn is also acutely aware of the role of exercise in reducing chronic disease and enhancing quality of life. Having grown up sedentary and obese, only finding Crossfit in her 20’s, she is driven to help people get out of pain quickly, heal from injury, and continue leading active lives and performing at their highest abilities. Not only because pain is unpleasant, but because it stops you from pursuing the things you love.
Jocelyn has been involved in athletics since for over 8 years and understands the immense value in every athlete having a team. She regularly collaborates with other coaches, healthcare providers, and fitness professionals to give people access to the most optimal care. She believes in living life that has no edges, so in her free time you can find her coaching Crossfit, training, or competing in barbell sports.
